Enrollment Fees

A one-time non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $ 100.00 is paid at the time of your child's initial enrollment once your child has been accepted for admission.

Enrollment fee is applicable per student.

Families enrolling multiple students are provided a $10.00 discount for their total Weekly Tuition.

Enrollment Forms

At the time of enrollment we require a completed application and age form, signed and dated contagion guide form, media release form and signed and dated last page of parent handbook confirming it has been read.

We also require updated immunization records and the medical form filled out and given to us within 30 days after your child starts attending H&S.
